ValoGuide uses these assets for informational and community purposes — specifically to help players identify and showcase their in-game cosmetic items. This use is consistent with Riot Games' fan content policy. We use the official Valorant API to fetch publicly available asset data and display icons.

Third-Party Content

ValoGuide aggregates content from third-party sources, including social media posts from public accounts (Valorant leakers and dataminers on Twitter/X). All such content is attributed to its original source with a link. We do not claim ownership over any aggregated content.

Guides and marketplace content are original works created by the ValoGuide team or licensed contributors. All rights reserved for original ValoGuide content.

DMCA Takedown Process

If you believe that content on ValoGuide infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. To be valid under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), your notice must include:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their authorized agent
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works)
  3. Identification of the specific material on ValoGuide you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (URL, page title, description)
  4. Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email)
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

How to Submit a Takedown Request

Send your DMCA notice via our contact form with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request". Include all the required information listed above. We will respond to valid DMCA notices within 72 hours and remove infringing content promptly.

Please note: submitting a false DMCA claim is perjury under U.S. law and can result in legal liability. If you are unsure whether the content constitutes infringement, please consult a lawyer before filing.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice via our contact form. Counter-notices must include your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction.
